for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

of the software, which means:
Either a Single User on Multiple Computers OR Multiple Users on a Single Computer.
PLEASE
DO NOT USE a Single License of DisplayMate on Multiple Computers with
Multiple Users, as this represents Unfair Use, a Violation of the License Agreement, and Illegal Copying of the software.

The following are Valid uses in accordance with the Licenses Agreement:

Run directly from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
You may run DisplayMate from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
on as many computers as you like,
provided you don't install it or copy it onto any computer hard disk.
This is the preferred method if you are planning to use it on more
than one computer.

Installation on a Hard Disk
You can install or copy DisplayMate onto the hard disk of a single computer,
but then you may not install it or run it from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
on any other computer,
unless you uninstall it from the original machine first.

Multiple Licenses
If you would like to have multiple users and computers running DisplayMate
you must purchase multiple Licenses of DisplayMate so that each copy is
used legally.

Running on a LAN
You may install any DisplayMate product
that is not supplied on a USB drive on a Local Area Network provided there
is a secure software metering system that limits the maximum number of
concurrent users to the number of Licenses that you have purchased.
The LAN administrator is responsible for setting and enforcing the License
limit.
